파리 외곽에 사는 십대 소년 미키와 이드리스는 파리로 놀러 왔다가 우연히 주차장에서 살인현장을 목격하게 된다. 현장을 핸드폰 동영상으로 촬영하다 발각된 두 소년은 자신들의 스케이트 보드 실력을 최대한으로 발휘하여 달아나 범죄자들을 신고하기 위해 경찰서로 달려간다. 그러나 그 곳에서 경찰관들 중 범인들이 섞여있다는 사실을 발견하고 둘은 경악을 금치 못하고, 오히려 배드 캅의 덫에 걸려 경찰의 추격을 받게 된다.

Jrme and Benjamin are two young skateboarders whose carefree existence is turned upside down when they witness the murder of a drug dealer. Rumbled by the assassins they manage to escape.
